How to troubleshoot Jira to Smartsheet connector errors
Hi all,
I am receiving a lot of errors since I connected our Jira instance to Smartsheet.
When the error appears in the Sync Error column, it is somewhat easy to understand.
This one below that I receive in my inbox is harder for me to decipher. It makes mention of a column, but in the email it only references the concerned row. How can I pinpoint the column type it is referencing?
"Smartsheet REST exception occurred. Error code: 1235. Error Message: Value is not supported for this column type. Use objectValue instead."
Thank you for your help.

I've most commonly seen this specific error, error 1235, when attempting to copy to a multi-select column (including a multi-select contact column) as a one-time write. If you change the column type to a single-select dropdown, it should allow the connector to sync.
If this hasn't helped, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support so you can provide them with screen captures and troubleshoot this via a private channel.
Cheers!
