Transferring ownership and automated workflows

Hi team - I transferred ownership of a sheet that has a bunch of workflows in it. Everything works as expected however, when the workflows kick off they still show the following:

Question - how do I get the new owner to show up as the FROM? Do I have to disable all of these workflows then have the new owner duplicate it so it will show their name in the FROM line?

The new owner really needs to get the "hey, I did X why are you bothering me" emails. 😋

@jmo Do you know if the new owner has clicked Accept on the ownership transfer request from Smartsheet? If they have not done that yet, it might be contributing to your issue.

I build sheets for my team members and that 'Accept' from the new sheet owner affects a lot of how things display or operate. It might not be the issue in your case but I know my team doesn't always remember they need to actually click it.

Ah really good point, @sdonnelly.

I thought this had been done already but looks like I was, in fact, still the owner.

I just sent another transfer to him and pinged him on Slack to "accept".
