Survery after an event
Good afternoon, my company hosts over 250+ events/year however due to pandemic in-person has slowed down, but virtual/hybrid has multipled hand over fist.
I have created a couple of sheets I need guidance with or I can invest the hours and re-create the wheel. FORD did not perfect his dream after 1st try. With that said, I have created an
- event master calendar that we collect show information/requests from event producer and marketing contact and communicate company wide thru Smartsheet Calendar App
- Post-event survey form/customer service form to collect event dept activation quality performance along with additional comments.
Question, can I pre-populate the Post-event survey form with events listed in event master calendar of choice the marketing group/attendee can select? would the column need to be populated with ALL events or can I hyperlink/pull from event master calendar.
Next, once the Post-event survey form is submitted, can it trigger the event master calendar to populate 'Survey completion' column with 'YES"?

Are you using the included calendar view or the add-on, Smartsheet calendar app?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
