Is there a way to drag and drop files between sheets?

I have files saved on each line of Sheet A and need to drag/drop the file to a line on Sheet B, but Smartsheet doesn't seem to allow me to do this. Is there an easier way than just saving the doc to my hard drive and then reuploading it to the new sheet?

Also, is there a way to do that with a vlookup by chance?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to either drag/drop between sheets or use a formula for the attachments. Both features are excellent ideas!
