Report filter question: Identifying a specific person
Hello,
I am wanting to create individual reports for people on a project who are not Smartsheet savvy and don't need to be. Using the screen shot below, this is what I am wanting to do.
From one project sheet, I have selected 9 columns for this report.
I want RM to be able to see his report that shows his tasks that are red, yellow, or green. (I included the % complete column as it ties to a formula that automatically determines the task health color. This also has black for completed and blue for future start.)
I am not creating a dashboard with this as I want RM to be able to change end dates and % complete direct from the report.
When I say ok on the filter option, I am getting a blank screen.
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Shannon

If you start to take this apart, do all of the individual pieces of the filter work?
Can you build it up one piece at a time and figure out when it stops working?

I hope you're well and safe!
To add to James's excellent advice/answer.
I'd recommend using the Current User option so RM only would see their assigned tasks.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
