Show columns in multiple sheets that are unhidden - using a report?

I have over 300 sheets all built from the same template. That template includes admin columns that we like to keep hidden, but sometimes users may unhide these by accident.

Is there a way to make a report from all of those sheets, and determine if certain columns are unhidden and I should go in and edit those sheets?
