Pivots not running

For the past day and a half, when I build a new pivot and get the the 'create' phase - the create box greys out and nothing happens. I thought it was possible that my data set was too large, and so I tested with a small data set and get the same result. I've done the following:

Logged Out and Bag In (of both Smartsheet and the Pivot App)

Cleared my Cache

Restarted my laptop

And I am still receiving the same result. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? The pivot app shows operational on the Smartsheet alert page.

Hope you are fine, did you try to open it on a different computer?

if you still facing the problem i think you need to Contact Support

I did contact support and they were able to help me resolve the issue.
