I cant seem to get the formula correct for this scenario:
If "End Date" is Past Due AND "% Complete" is NOT 100% = "Complete" to turn flag red in "At Risk" column
Am I correct that the formula would go in the "At Risk" column?
Hmm...I'm not sure why it isn't working. Is the % Complete column set up to be in % format? Have you tried putting the formula in another cell?
Its a text/number format. I added the exact same formula to the "Notes" Column (text/number Format) and it changed to 1. What could cause it to work in one cell but not another?

That's why. Smartsheet won't let you place a formula in that column if you're using it for the % Complete function within Project Settings.
