Automation send alert to secondary email
Hello,
When setting an automation to send an alert about new fields added to a spreadsheet, the alert arrives to primary email address even though it was set to be sent to the user's secondary address.
How can I ensure the alerts arrive into the user's secondary email address only and not appear in their primary address?

Notifications are always sent to the Primary Email on the Smartsheet Account. You could ask that user to change which email is configured as their Primary, so that they receive email notifications to the other address instead (see: Change the Email Addresses Used with Your Smartsheet Account).
