Intake form input to worksheet not following sequence

We use intake form to collect input and populate to a Worksheet. However, the data are not added to the next available row but . e.g. I have 4 rows with input but the 5th submitted inut from intake form are added to row 71 while leaving row 5 to 70 empty.
Anyone knows how I can resolve it so that the input will go to the next available row?

Delete the empty rows themselves. Forms populate the next available UNUSED row. So if you had data in those rows and only deleted the data from the cells, those rows are still considered used and will be skipped over. If you delete the rows themselves, then you should be good to go.
