Why is my toolbar disappearing?!?!?!

IS anyone else seeing that their toolbar at the top of every sheet is just disappearing? I have had this happen to me over the past two weeks and now my users are reporting the same thing.

What the hell is going Smartsheet?????????????

    I've seen this happen when users are accessing Reports and attempting to use the Group feature via Internet Explorer. Our Product team is aware of this issue, however since Microsoft is dropping support for Internet Explorer in August 2021 I can't guarantee that this will be resolved in IE before then.

    If you can confirm your users are on IE, please try accessing the Report from a different browser, such as Chrome, and the issue should be resolved! (See: Operating Systems and Browsers).

    If this wasn't the issue and you are experiencing this over multiple types of browsers and sheets, please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording showing this behaviour so they can troubleshoot this with you.

    I'm unable to replicate this issue on the most recent version of Chrome. Could you check if it's related to your cache/cookies? (By accessing the sheet via incognito mode.)
