transferring an individual sheet from a business to an individual
I am trying to transfer ownership of a few sheets from a business account to an individual account. Keep getting the following error when he tries to accept the ownership request.
Same result if he asks to take ownership from me on my end. Ideas?

Thanks but this issue is related to Smartsheet not Google products.

This error can occur if you are attempting to transfer more sheets than the Individual Plan can hold (see the Features by Plan Type here). For example, if the user already owns 10 sheets, they won't be able to accept ownership of any more items.
If you're attempting to transfer a Report or Dashboard, the user must be on a Business or Enterprise plan (see here: Change Ownership of a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard).
Otherwise, if neither of the above articles describe your issue, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with the email address you're transferring to and the URLs of the items you're attempting to transfer.
