Generate Documents Form Issue

I'm having trouble with the Generate Documents feature. When I upload and map a PDF form, the fonts pull through in various sizes from the corresponding sheet rows. The fonts are all uniform on the form itself so I'm wondering if this could somehow be a user error in Smartsheet. Any insight into this issue?

This could be an issue with the fillable form PDF itself. Did you make the fillable form in Adobe? And if so, did you set the input fields to all the same sizes? I would start there.

Edit: I just read over the part where you mentioned they were correct on the form itself. 🤦‍♂️😅

Any solution to this. I am experiencing the same. I have a fillable PDF form, that when filled, fields of different sizes have different fonts displayed.
