Allowing Comments on Updates

I would like to be able to send out an update request and allow the recipient to add a comment. However, I do not want them to see any previous comments. I see old posts where this wasn't available. Anyone know of a change so that I can now do this?

Hope you are fine, when you add your comments column in the update request sure all the comments in that column will be seen by the updater, my advice to you is to add a helper column to collect the new comments.
