Unable to duplicate forms
Hi,
We are having issues with forms on a large sheet that we are working with. The main problem is an error message that Smartsheet is unavailable when trying to copy a form. Its a large, involved form with a lot of logic, so I was hoping not to start from scratch. Other times, even when I click Forms on the top of the sheet, it just flashes and reloads the page. Has anyone else encountered this?
If there is a system admin that could even just copy the form, that would be great and I could continue on with my day.

We had a few other reports of a similar issue (error code -1) and our Engineering team was able to identify the cause and applied a fix which should allow you to create the duplicate form.
Please try again, or log out / in and try again.
