Forms-Hours worked

Has anyone found a solution for using forms to track attendance, hours worked? I'm currently have a simplified form which is linked to a QR code, does Smartsheets have a function in which it can track the persons hours worked (check-in/check-out function)

Looking for a solution or better recommendations if available

I would suggest having them enter a form for the check-in and then have an update request automatically sent out which they could then update the check-out time on the same row.
