Reporting over and under allocation?

Hi!

Is there a way to create reports showing over (and under) allocation for assigned individuals?

In resource views you can see the over allocations on a day by day basis, but I'd like to filter out only the over allocations and present it separetely since that is where actions needs to be taken.

 

I looked for the "alert" field in the reports but could not find it.

 

Any ideas?

There isn't a way to create a report based on over or under allocation. The best way to see this by creating resource views for different users or groups across projects.
