Data Uploader connecting to One-Drive in GCC High

We are attempting to connect Data Uploader to a OneDrive account that resides within Microsoft's GCC High environment. However when going through the logon process it appears to try logging to Microsoft's commercial tenant.

Does Uploader support logging into OneDrive in GCC High?

We have configured Smartsheet to SAML auth through IDCS, so it ultimately leverages our GCC High accounts for Smartsheet login, but the Data Uploader itself seems to be hard-tied back to our old commercial tenant and we cannot find a way to re-configure it. Tried various paths, incognito windows etc., always fails to connect to OneDrive and then Redirects back to Data Uploader main page.
