Reports and Conditional Formatting

Is it possible to set up conditional formatting that only shows up in a Report? Example: Creating a report that shows all the projects for each Analyst. Using the Gantt view, can we color code the task bar for each Analyst without having the task bars show up colored in the Tracker which includes many more Analysts than I want to pull into a report?
