One task the crosses multiple projects
Hi all,
I have 10 sub-projects that are part of one main project, so have them all listed on the same smartsheet. They are for the set up of multiple new sites, and each need to be monitored individually as each have their own individual tasks.
There are however a few tasks that run across all sites, like procurement for all sites is being handled in one supply contract. Procurement exists as a task in each site project, so can I link these tasks in some way that when I update the procurement task in one project, it updates that task in all 10, rather than going into each individually to update?

If the supply contract is managed within a separate "Procurement Project" that is the source of all procurement activity or changes, you could link from it to your sub-projects.
