Moving Columns in Smatsheet Report

For project updates, I developed Project Status Reports for individuals to update progress on thie assigned projects. Some of the people would like to sort columns to their preference but the can't. They have editor capability in the overall workspace including the master sheet. Is there any workaround to let let them slide columns around in their Reports? If they try and click on a header and move the column, nothing happens.

Yes, Heather is correct.

They would need to have Admin access to the report.
