Proofing feature
Hello,
Just following up on Jennifer's question. Our team has been using the proofing feature, which we love, but with the reviewers not able to access previous versions to check edits has been a challenge. Is there a way to get around this aside from mocking up a pdf and attaching that to Smartsheet? Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, I presume you are referring to sharing Proof requests to users who are not shared to the underlying sheet (and therefore cannot see previous versions), is that correct?
If so, you're right, the External Review Page will only show that current version of the Proof for privacy reasons. Please provide your feedback to the Product team so they are aware of your current process and how this feature would be beneficial by filling in this form, here!
I would suggest allowing your external reviewers the ability to download the files sent to them so they can compare if you send it back for another round of proofing. Or, yes, you can attach a previous version as an attachment in a comment for the external reviewer as you have been doing.
