Automation not working

Hi All,

I have an automation set up which i receive but one of the other people don't. He receives other automations but one of them he doesn't.

He

receives the alert when i assign a row to him, but not the create cost sheet one.

Any ideas?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some more screenshots of the sheet and the workflows? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Is it possible that he's not receiving the workflow when he is the person to trigger it?

There's a setting in each user's Personal Settings to configure how they want to receive notifications. If he's not receiving one specific workflow, it may be that he has un-checked the setting that sends him notifications based on his own changes:

Attached is a screenshot. I am using the progress circle to trigger the automation. I want to trigger it at 75%
