Automation not working


Hi All,

I have an automation set up which i receive but one of the other people don't. He receives other automations but one of them he doesn't.


receives the alert when i assign a row to him, but not the create cost sheet one.

Any ideas?

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some more screenshots of the sheet and the workflows? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too,

    Is it possible that he's not receiving the workflow when he is the person to trigger it?

    There's a setting in each user's Personal Settings to configure how they want to receive notifications. If he's not receiving one specific workflow, it may be that he has un-checked the setting that sends him notifications based on his own changes:

    Attached is a screenshot. I am using the progress circle to trigger the automation. I want to trigger it at 75%
