Any ideas on how to test if an Automatic Workflow is working properly? The few I have set up for "Alert" do not seem to send out at all. I can get "Update Request" and "approval to work" but none of the "alert someone" ones do not work.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Pick a row to trigger. Set the automation to notify you by entering your contact info the automation or the contact column being used. Then do whatever the automation needs to trigger. If you're using a specific date, change the date and time to something close to now. If you get alerted it works. Help?

    I hope you're well and safe!

    First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner). Secondly, check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)

    Ensure that you've checked the box in the Sheet Change Notification Settings to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner).
