Can we have multiple tabs like excel for monthly plotting of data
We would like to understand if smartsheet has a feature of creating multiple sheets in a smartsheet like excel - we need to plot same type of data every month and then summarise the result so will it be 12 sheets or just 1 sheet.

You would have to use 12 sheets, or...
I set up parent/child sections for each month with a summary parent/child section for the year all within the same sheet. This way I can expand/collapse the parent row(s) for whichever months I do/do not want to see.
