Dashboard Chart
Dear Experts,
I have a sheet with a lot of handover dates and deadlines.
I would like to add a summery chart to my dashboard. It should count below red, yellow and green dots.
What is the best way to set it up.
I started with sheet summery but it's a lot of work, maybe there is an easier way to create it? I just would liek to show how many projects are on time and how many are late and how many are pending.
Thanks for your help!
Christine

Hi Kimberly,
thanks for your answer. I started with sheet summery already, so I will extend it now.

@Christine Menke It may be better to go with a separate sheet with the formulas there. To my knowledge, dashboards can't pull data from sheet summaries for charts.

You would either need to start with the sheet summary or create a separate data sheet with the cross sheet formulas to create the charts. The formulas for the sheet summary would be something like
=COUNTIF([Dev Handover on time]:[Dev Handover on time],"Red")
You would then just create another field for yellow and green
