Android photo upload problems in SS Forms

We are using a SS forms to have employee upload photos to a database, and are receiving reports from a couple of Android users that the can not see the files when they go to attached. Is there a SS/ Android compatibility issue? or something more user specific going on?

Can you maybe share some screenshots of what they see? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
