MS Teams Integration-No Teams or Channels to Select
When I try to set up a notification to Teams, there are no Teams or Channels in the dropdown list.
I am on a free trial, evaluating the product, and would like to test Teams integration. Is there something wrong with the setup or is this a restriction of the free trial license

Sending Alerts to a Teams channel is not available for Individual plans, so this may depend on what type of trial you are on. (See the Features by Plan Type list, here, under "Additional Integrations").
Try adding users to your account, under Account (your profile icon) > User Management. This should change your Trial to be a multi-user Business Plan trial, which may enable you to use this type of alert. (Smartsheet Free Trial: Answers to Frequently Asked Questions).
If you've done this but you're still unable to connect the two, check to ensure you have authenticated the Smartsheet Bot from within Teams (see: Receive Alerts and Requests in Microsoft Teams). Here's more information on setting up the bot: Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft Teams.

I think I authenticated the Bot correctly, but my trial plan type may be the issue. I will followup with my Smarthsheet rep and see what we can do. thanks
