Import Data into SS Template I created

I created a SS template and in the template without data I can see my dropdowns and I assume my conditional formatting all work.

When I import excel data it creates a new sheet and none of the dropdowns or conditional formatting are there.

The conditional formatting is what I really want to be loaded from the template - can you help me

You'd need to copy/move the rows to the main sheet, and then it will work.
