Dashboard can't be shared with 'Editing status'?

Hi all,

When I create dashboards in Smartsheet, I want to share these with the users in the organization, for them to share with their team now and with new team members in the future. However, I don't want to provide the ability to edit the dashboard. I can however only share with 'Admin' rights (meaning they can share but also edit) or 'Viewing' rights (meaning they can't edit but can't share).

Is there a way to allow them to share, but not edit?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Hope you are fine, you can publish your dashboard and send the published link to your team.

Thanks for your response. I just tested it, but only people with 'Admin'-rights can publish a dashboard. Someone with viewing rights can't publish it. It is kind of a solution though, we can share the website link, who can then be shared by users in the organization. Thanks for the tip!
