How do I adjust the spelling of someone's name in Smartsheets. - RESOLVED

I adjusted the spelling in my contacts, but it is still showing as an incorrect spelling in the drop downs on the project sheets and raids for assigned to.

It looks like you resolved this question, is that correct?

It may be that the original name is associated with the Account, not just your contacts. This means that either a System Admin for your organization or the user themselves will need to adjust their account name (see: Admin Center: Add, Edit, and Delete Individual Users with User Management).

Yes. That was the issue. I had to have the user correct their profile and then it was able to be saved accurately. Thank you.
