Automation notification without email

Hi,

Is that possible to create an automation workflow with a trigger to alert someone BUT only when in the notification center of smartsheet (without sending an email?)

I have not found a way to keep it from sending the email. I wonder if it would work if they "opt out" on the first email whether or not it will still provide an alert in the notification center. Maybe give that a try and see if it works?
