Confirming email sent/actions an attachment report or historical list?

Is there any way to confirm that someone (by user id email) that an attachment has been sent with something like the "sent mail" in email accounts? I would like to be able to see if a notice has been sent (or not) what attachments were sent and by user, and at what time. History of attachments of sorts. I utilize Smartsheet for sending proofs out, sometimes multiple times with two or more users.

Do you need any kind of acknowlegment on this? Like a signature?

You could try to use the Docusign integration of Smartsheet. It is in the Smartsheet labs. You would need to create a Docusign account. This would give you the visibility you are looking for. You could also try to utilize discussions and add the attachments/revisions there. At this juncture, I do not believe there is a historical feature in that sense. I will be following to see what you all come up with!
