Making the new dashboards public

With the old dashboard style I would go to "Publish", change the "Access Control" to "Available to anyone with the link" and copy the URL.
I don't see where you can do this with the new version of the dashboards. Can anyone tell me where I can find this option?

You have to click on "File" in the top left corner and then the publish option should be near the bottom of the list.
