Running 2nd monitor for dashboards only

Not purely a smartsheet question but hopefully someone here can help.

We just bought a 50in 4k TV to display our main dashboard and schedule in the factory.

I ideally want this running off one of the other computers as don't need to modify it often, but then don't want the second screen accidentally moving the mouse on it, accidentally displaying NSFW content etc ;-p.

Is there a way to just set it up and then have it run in the background?
