How to query data from one sheet to another?

I have a sheet which is essential reference data. I then have another sheet which will be used to actually do management with, but it needs to "pull" data from the reference sheet. VLOOKUP is only returning one data set. How do I use Smartsheet to query the reference sheet and return a list of rows which match a specific condition (i.e. if the reference table is about cars, then return all cars with a Model = "Toyota") and have only Toyota data displayed in the reporting sheet.
