Can emails sent to a DL email alias be routed into a smartsheet like feedback-forms?
I am aware that setting up forms can gather feedback / comments collectively into a smartsheet. This is a good consolidation for all comments that have come in.
Is it possible to consolidate all comments sent to a specific email DL alias? Currently, my Customers send emails to a specific DL and I want them to be automatically routed to a smartsheet, so that I can track it and resolve them with my Tech team members.
