Published Links (Security) for non account users

I want to publish a link to my dashboards to my client who doesn't have Smartsheet, so i have a few questions;
1 - what is the most secure way for them to gain access to that link if they aren't smartsheet users ?
2 - when the URL is published can hackers find that URL on the internet ?
3 - if I make the published URL read-only is there any exposure to access the actual smartsheet data ?

The only option for publishing a dashboard is as read only. Shortcuts and widget interactions will work, but if the user does not have access to those items, they will get a generic page that says as much and they won't be able to access the data.
