I would like to know what would be the proper use of the Calendar app? How it is different from the regular Smartsheet calendar view.

Can we show data from the multiple sheets

Hi @Kaveri Vipat

Yes, you can show multiple sheet data in one Calendar App calendar by using a Report as the source (see: Calendar App: Create a Basic Calendar View).

The App makes it easy to colour-code your tasks and view them in different spans of time (such as by Quarter or Multi-Month). You can also display additional row-content for each task within the App (versus the Calendar View from the sheet which only shows the Primary Column content).
