Want to send a row to a support portal, need to customize the sender/return address
I'm using a Smartsheet as a CS support issue repo. Support requests come in, I vet them, and some need to get injected into our Jira workflow. Our Jira service desk is set up to only receive emails from within our company domain. I didn't think that would be an issue, since I assumed the sender/return address used would be my account email. Unfortunately, that's not the case. When I send a row to other users and cc myself, I see that the sender is actually [email protected]
Is there a way to customize/specify the sender in this instance??
