Why are Round function irregularly displayed in dashboard

When I use a Metric widget in a dashboard, add data (Rounded) from a Grid is sometimes displays the rounded numbers, but the next, without modifications, it doesn´t.

Are you able to provide screenshots? By "without modifications" I assume you mean that both metrics widgets are exactly the same and the cell(s) that the widgets are referencing have the same formula and are formatted the same?

Without modifications meaning, even when I do not change one number in a sheet or report, sometimes the Round function refuses to work in the Dashboard. I attached a screenshot. On the right the Grid with the data, on the left the Dashboard using this data. I circled some numbers for reference.

It looks like your data is coming in from another sheet. Where exactly do you have the ROUND function?

The round function is in that data sheet in the right of the screenshot above.

Hmm... That's definitely odd behavior. I would suggest reaching out to Support to see if they can shed any light on the matter.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. If there was some consistency to it we might have been able to try some troubleshooting.

I discovered the problem and have now a way to deal with it.

The problem is that apparently when you have ROUND functions (and who knows what other functions) in a sheet, the data for the dashboard is not saved ´in a ROUND position´. You have to re-open the data sheet so it can run the ROUND function. Than you need to save it, even though you have not changed anything yourself. After this you can go to the Dashboard and refresh (if already open).

Not very convenient, but the workaround will do for now.
