Is there a way i can filter data on a sheet and the graph linked to that sheet reflects those changes?
I try to filter out some elements on the sheet but the graph will not change.

Instead of using the sheet as the source for the graph, what about creating a Report from the sheet to filter your content. Then you can use the Report as the source instead.
Another option would be to use the Legend in the Graph to show or hide data, like so.
Click on the legend to "cross off" and hide data:
