Does Smartsheet provides non-English language support ? for example - Japanese clients

I've got a request from a user , he's wondering if Smartsheet can provide support to NON- English language users. If yes then how ? if the answer is NO , then how can I help non English speaking users.

No, currently Smartsheet Support is only offered in English (see: Contact Support). You could use Google Translate to translate your question for the Support team.

The Smartsheet Help Center also has a few translations available if you click on the World icon:
