Excel refresh failure while uploading on teams or sharepoint

I am downloading the reports from smartsheet to excel with the help of data connector.There is no issue when refreshing the connection in my local drive, but getting error "Failed to refresh error" when I upload the same file in Microsoft teams or Sharepoint. I have saved this file in a folder where I have given access to few users, my requirement is to make sure all the allowed users can able to refresh the data.

Please provide a solution.
