Why is Smartsheet so slow to load pages

I am experiencing this as well. This is especially true with our more complex dashboards. When attempting to edit, the browser simply freezes.
I have this issue with Dynamic View constantly, to the point where the team calls it the spinning wheel of death. Are there plans to speed that process up @Genevieve P ?
This thread is specific to a Dashboard issue which has since been resolved. If you're experiencing slow load times in Dynamic View and have gone through the steps in this Help Article, please contact Smartsheet Support with screen recordings and a list of steps you've tried so they can investigate this with you.
Hi @Genevieve P. , I see your comment on 7/15 about this thread being specific to a Dashboard issue but many of us are still having the issue of all sheets loading slowly. It looked like from the original post for this thread that it was more general? Just curious if I need to start a new thread or can I continue to monitor this for an update on why Smartsheet has been so awful with loading lately? We even have issues with some of our users not being able to log in due to it timing out. Thanks for any help you can give!
Also, I went to subscribe to Automatic Updates and get this message as the page tries to fully load.

This specific issue has been resolved and we don't currently have any other reports of slow load times, whether in the Smartsheet application or on the Smartsheet website (such as the Status page). Our Status is currently "All Systems Operational".
Is it possible that the browser version you are using is not the most recent one (see here), or have you added a recent browser extension, or has there been a recent change to your network?
There are a number of troubleshooting steps listed on this page: Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items
If none of this has helped, please contact Support directly with screen captures and URLs that you are attempting to access, identifying your browser type, what you've tested, and all the other email addresses that are experiencing the same thing.
When managing a PMO. is it considered a best practice to establish an individual workspace for each project? If this is advisable, is there a method for setting up an automated recurring backup for all projects without having to do them individually?

I use Outlook with my company. When a tagged email comes in from Smartsheets, I click on the "reply in Smartsheet" and it won't take me to any conversation box. It just opens the page, but not on the line that I need. Why is this happening? I updated this morning. Also, I get an Error message sometimes.
