Dashboard and Reports

I used a row report to show all the tasks a person has. I then used the summary function within the report to count and show the number of tasks that person has. Is there a way I can show this number on a widget on a dashboard and have it auto update as the report updates?

To add to this, although it's not currently possible to display the Summary from a Report as a Chart type of widget or a Metric type of widget, you can display these numbers by adding in a Report Widget and configuring it to only show the Summary top row.
