Can I send a workflow alert to multiple email addresses in a single cell

I have a sheet populated from a form that allows the multi select of employees. I then look up peoples email from another sheet and collect them in a column semicolon separated. (also tried a comma)

the email column is configured as below

The workflow is as follows

Do I have something wrong?

I do not think it is currently possible to build a contact field that is pulling from multiple cells.

The only current functionality (to my knowledge) is you can lookup a single cell... (via index/match or direct reference...)

Appreciate your feedback @Leibel S. I do have a single cell which has multiple email addresses.

For example: the contents of cell "email@domain.com, email2@domain.com"

It is built via a formula, not a contact field that you manually added multiple contacts
