Need help with creating report(s) with data from a Survey
I am still fairly new to Smartsheet and need some help turning around data from a survey I sent out.
I have 600+ responses that I used the Request an Update function in Smartsheet to obtain, that I now need to summarize and I have no idea how to start the summary process.
The survey is regarding Security Services at our properties, there were a handful of questions that needed to be answered (via drop down choices) and then 2 questions are $'s spent and $'s budgeted. I need to be able to have a variety of ways to summarize the data.
*For each question - a total of each answer given across the whole company
*Then a summary by each VP's portfolio
*Also a summary by state
I just don't even know how to begin to transform the data from the 609 row sheet to summary data. Any help you can provide would be amazing.
