Removal Link on Alert Notification

Does anyone know when doing a workflow and an alert is sent how we can remove the link to the sheet? We do not want the recipients to have access to this so it is pointless to have this link (highlighted in blue below) and will only generate questions and confusion. Any help would be appreciated:

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You can change the message type to message only and then the link will not be included. You can combine it with the URL query feature.

Hi Andre,

yes it makes sense but that won't exactly work for what I need. I need to include series of information including attachments (which is not working consistently). What is the URL query feature?
