Proofs are having issues again??
Hello everyone,
Even after the fix that Smartsheet team implemented for Proofs, we are still seeing issues on our end. Most of our team members cannot download the proof, when they open the proof they only see a grey window with the title in the middle. They have logged out of the system, cleared cache, tried different browsers and incognito mode. This has been reported by at least 10 team members on our end.
Anyone else having the same issue?

The Support team applied another fix to Proofing which should have resolved this other issue for you, as well (see the Status page incident report for July 9th, here.)
If you're experiencing issues this week after this second update, please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording and a list of all the troubleshooting steps you've tried.
